I am an "old" computer engineer & programmer, not old enough to have a punch card story but old enough to
- have owned a Zx-81
- programmed in Motorola 6809 assembler
- remember when 64K was lots of RAM
- fixed a hard disk by replacing the platter

Today I am an Australian

Congratulations. And who will you be backing in the Bledisloe Cup this year then?
Yes that's going to be the test of my commitment to my new country. Mind you never saw anything in the citizenship application fine print about having to switch from the All Blacks to the Wallibes. I guess I can be happy whoever wins :-)
